Pengaruh Telenursing Terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Perawatan Nifas

ABSTRACT
The puerperium is known as three taking in phases, taking hold phase and letting go phase, in this phase the puerperal mother really needs knowledge about childbirth care and newborn care, in order to prevent complications of the puerperium and baby blues. Mother's knowledge about childbirth can be explored from various sources, one of which is done using communication technology known as telenursing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of telenursing on maternal knowledge about postpartum
care. This study was a quasy experiment study using the one group pretest-posttest design approach. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers in the working area of Puskesmas X Jambi City. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 20 people, the instrument used was a quiseoner. The study was conducted in July 2019. Data analysis was carried out univariately and
bivariately by using the T test statistic The results showed differences in the mean pre-test 4.55 and post�test 7.35 and the p-value 0.000 <α (0.05) . This research can be concluded that there is a telenursing effect on mother's knowledge about childbirth care with. It is recommended that health workers use telenursing to make it easier for mothers to gain knowledge about postpartum care.
